Ordering at Laperruque is very easy. Just choose the product/products you would like to purchase and click "Add to Cart". When you are done shopping simply go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can make changes on your orders. If you are satisfied with it, fill in your address information, payment details and delivery method. Then you just need to click "OK" to get the order placed. After the order has been handled by us you will receive an order confirmation with the products you order along with your address information. If you would like to make changes on your order after receiving the confirmation please email us.
We use PostNord or La Poste when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 to 10 days depending on which country you are ordering from. Note that PostNord orders are fully insured by PostNord. After the parcel is expedited you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is from www.postnord.se or from www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois .
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

1. Credit card payment
We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. All payments are made in a highly secure environment via Stripe for mutual protection against fraud.
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked "confirm" in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal's website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.
Return and Exchanges
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt.
The refund will be done within 14 days. If you would like a new product it is important you email us so we can put it aside.

We pay a lot of attention to the quality of our products, so this scenario should never occur. However if you have any issue with one of our product, please contact us at email@example.com or by phone on +33 (0)7 81 27 19 94. If possible we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process.
When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
